Daily Rental $60.00 per day

The ROOM FEE will be waived with the minimum of $300 food & beverage
service. Tax and gratuity will be added to the food & beverage total.
*PRE-ORDERED food & beverage with NO PRIVATE SERVER.
No Minimum food & beverage expense, room fee will still apply.
Service will include set-up and break down only.
Our banquet room seats up to 50 people for both full-service and buffet banquets, and
up to 80 as a meeting room.
Please, no outside food should be brought into our banquet room. If you desire food service,
it needs to be arranged through our kitchen. An exception will be made on professionally
made celebration cakes only. We charge a carry-in fee of $1 per person served, or a $10
minimum for all desserts. This covers the use of our dishes and service.
Friday & Saturday nights during peak season periods will be reserved for dining parties only
with a minimum group size of 20 and a minimum of $500.00 in food and beverage sales.
Our banquet room is booked according to a first come, first served basis according to
confirmation deposits. In order to ensure that your date is reserved, a credit card number or
50% of the total food and beverage estimate ($150 minimum) deposit must be made to hold
Menu items should be determined a minimum of 14 days in advance of the banquet date,
especially if the menu items requested are not on our regular menu and we need to special
order any product. Please, no changes or substitutions to the pre-determined menu less than
10 days out.
All reservations must have estimated numbers of guests 14 days out, and CONFIRMED
number of guests to attend no later than 4 days before the scheduled event. Food will be
prepared for this confirmed number of people, and the charge will reflect the full amount even
if the actual number to attend is less than the confirmed number.
Our cancellation policy is to allow a full refund provided a 14 day advance notice is given. If
less than 14 days remain before your scheduled event, you will be charged $50 for a banquet
room rental only or 50% of the intended bill for food service banquets with a minimum of
$150. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your event, 100% of the banquet bill (all food,
beverage and room rental costs) will be collected.
All decorations or business props brought in must be removed at the end of your event
-before you leave.
