|Slow Roasted Prime Rib
A 12 oz. slice of tender prime rib, rolled in seasonings then slow roasted to perfection
in our special oven. Served with creamy horseradish and "au jus".
We smoke whole prime ribs, cut 14 oz. steaks, then grill them and top them with caramelized
onion and melted chevre cheese whipped with sun dried tomatoes and butter.
