sliced red onion then drizzled with our honey blue

Fresh romaine lettuce tossed in our
homemade dressing with croutons and
shaved parmesan cheese.  
Spinach Salad
Fresh baby spinach tossed in
raspberry vinaigrette, garnished with
sliced apples, crumbled feta cheese
and candied pecans.  
Southwestern Salad
Mixed greens with lime chipotle dressing,
garnished with tortilla chips, jicama and a
black bean and corn relish.

Portabella Ravioli with Roasted Tomato & Basil Pomodoro - Large raviolis stuffed
with portabella mushroom, mascarpone and ricotta cheeses and fresh herbs then topped with a broth
style roasted tomato and basil pomodoro.  Served with fresh vegetables.                                      
Salmon with Balsamic Glaze - Fresh salmon marinated then grilled medium and basted with
our herb balsamic glaze, served with rice pilaf and vegetable du jour.

Blackened Prime Bites
Bite sized pieces of tender prime rib blackened with Louisiana seasonings.  
Served with creamy horseradish and au jus for dipping.  
Steamer Clams
A pound of local Kachemak Bay clams steamed in white wine with garlic, herbs, cream and butter.
Served with toasted herb bread.
Buffalo Wings
A pile of spicy yet tangy chicken wings served with blue cheesse dressing,
celery and carrot sticks.    
Gorgonzola Bread
A hoagie roll spread with gorgonzola and roast garlic then toasted.  
Served with crisp celery and carrots.
Smoked Salmon Spread
Locally smoked Alaskan salmon with shipped cream cheese, chives & lemon juice.  
Served with lots of bread.
Spinach Dip & Pita chips
Fresh spinach mixed with sour cream, onion, water chestnuts and parmesan,
with toasted pita chips.
Fresh Alaskan Oysters
Kachemak Bay oysters shucked to order, served with cocktail sauce and a dollop of horseradish.
